If paying with cash, the session must be prepaid at least 48 hours in advance of the in-home session.

Payment for the full service is due 48 hours before the service is rendered. Jenny Barbour will charge your credit or debit card, or bank account on file with The Simple Practice Client Portal. This is a HIPAA compliant Electronic Health Record which securely stores banking information.

Can I pay a lump sum for several in-home sessions up front?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can choose to pay for several in-home sessions up front. The money will display as a credit on your Simple Practice Client Portal account, once a service is rendered and charged, the amount will deduct from your credit. All invoices and receipts can be viewed on the client portal, by the client, when needed.
